Beltran's is a deli, a grocer, and a Mexican Grill. The meat market has a variety of fresh meat and prepared meat for meals such as chicken and beef fajitas and carne asada. Next to the meat counter there are two aisles of hard to find Mexican ingredients such as spices, chiles and canned food. Beltran’s also sells Mexican cheeses and juices. On the opposite side of the store there are approximately 12 to 15 tables available for dining, with a salsa bar in the middle. Historical pictures of Pancho Villa hang from the walls. Beltran’s is very casual, yet bright and clean. The wait staff is helpful and polite. Prices are very reasonable for lunch and dinner. The menu features tacos and burritos with all kinds of different meats...pork al pastor style, barbacoa, asada, adobo etc. They serve great looking tortas with many varieties of meat. Steak and seafood plates are also available. The salsa bar has a great assortment of salsa and pico de gallo. Beltran’s is one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in Las Cruces because of the variety and freshness of the meats and the delicious flavor.
