History
Inside Paisano Cafe, owner Samantha Ward has built a culinary mini-powerhouse on good coffee and great food. On the menu are 15 different sandwiches, all served on your choice of 7 different breads. Homecooked traditional breakfast including specials like Eggs Benedict or Filet Mignon and Eggs are served daily.
Everything is made from scratch, including the to-die-for desserts. Paisano Café is where you’ll find the biggest brownies, best sugar-free pies and cheesecake that will give you goose bumps. There are a variety of wraps and a great selection of fresh, unique salads, including Crab Louis Salad and an Albacore Tuna Salad. Paisano Cafe has recently relocated to a larger location in the Mesilla Mercado.
In their third year of business, in addition to the breakfast and lunch menu, they have added an extensive dinner menu as well. The perfectly cooked Steak served with Cavatelli Pasta with Mushroom Sage and the Seared Sushi Grade Tuna on Grilled Pollenta over sauted Spinich are absolutely delicious. Paisano Café also offers a wide-range of catering.
Whether it is an intimate dinner for six or a large buffet for 50, Paisano Café has the talent and the staff to please you.
