Since 1947, Ruidoso Downs has offered horse racing every summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day in the beautiful Ruidoso Mountains. In 1999, Billy the Kid Casino joined in the fun, which houses more than 300 slot machines, video poker and the new virtual blackjack.
